What We Do

Our fabrication work starts where every other shop stops. We hand-form panels, construct purpose-built roll cages, and restore structural metalwork to a standard that factory sheets never specified. Metal isn't a byproduct of our process — it's the whole point.

Every weld is ground, inspected, and signed off before it leaves the bench. We don't hide our work behind filler — we let the metal speak for itself.

What the shop
can do.

01
Roll Cage Construction
FIA-compliant multi-point cages built in chromoly or DOM steel. We design, bend, and weld in-house — no outsourced tubes.

Panel Fabrication
Hand-beaten aluminium and steel panels. Flared arches, replacement floors, custom firewalls — shaped to factory tolerances or beyond.

Structural Restoration
Rust-through repair, sill replacement, chassis rail reconstruction. Structural work is the foundation — we don't paint over problems.

Custom Metalwork
Dashboards, transmission tunnels, fuel cell enclosures, fire suppression mounts. If you can sketch it, we can build it.

Seam Welding
Full chassis seam welding for torsional rigidity — essential on any car that will be driven with intent at the limit.

Subframe Modification
Reinforcement plates, geometry corrections, and custom mounts for engines that didn't come in the car from the factory.
Our Process

How a job moves
through the shop.

01
Inspection & Measurement
The car is stripped to bare metal where required. We map existing structure with a datum gauge and photograph every surface before a single cut is made.

Design & Material Selection
Depending on application — road restoration or full race build — we spec the correct alloy, wall thickness, and join geometry. We document this before we order steel.

Fabrication & Fitment
All cutting, bending, and welding happens in-house. Each piece is test-fitted before final weld. Roll cage nodes are verified geometrically before sign-off.
04
Inspection & Surface Prep
Welds are dressed, ground, and inspected. Structural pieces are epoxy-primed before any subsequent process (paint, underseal, or assembly) proceeds.
